Requirements for Images You Send to Us

You as the customer are responsible for all of the images you upload, share, copy and send to Wineboards.biz LLC.

You the customer must either own all right, title and interest in and to the copyrights in the images or have express permission from the copyright owner to copy and use such images for all purposes related to Wineboards.biz LLC.

The images you the customer submit to Wineboards.biz LLC may not violate or infringe upon the rights (including other intellectual property rights, privacy, moral or publicity rights) of others.

Professional images that are provided to you by professional photographers or made available through websites, magazines, books or other resources, are protected by copyright and should not be uploaded, shared or copied without appropriate permission &/or purchased for such.

By checking the square on the order form, you acknowledge and understand the above and have such permission for the photos and/or images you have submitted to Wineboards.biz LLC.

You and the source of the materials submitted will not hold Wineboards.biz LLC responsible for not meeting the above criteria since we cannot and will not verify customer images.
