You may return your product, however please call us first to receive an RGA number, (return goods authorization number), at 502-593-7799 for shipping instructions and address to return your product to.

At Wineboards.biz, llc we take great pride in our unique products and their care.  Attention to detail in design, materials and construction is important.  Every wineboard is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.  We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase.  In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 502-593-7799 within 7 days.  Upon receipt, your merchandise will be inspected.  If the damage is a result of shipping we will need to place a claim with our shipping company is why we need to be notified promptly and product returned to us promptly.
