Select an image you would like to have placed on top of the wine board of one of our suggestions or forward your photograph for placement (please make sure to check the requirements page for sending your own prior to sending it).

Yes, you can furnish or request a different background image for an additional charge that will be quoted upon receipt of your request.  Again we will need to make sure the resolution will work for the enlargement, etc.

Then send the invitations to your friends and/or family requesting that they bring a bottle of wine to the event, we suggest that you recommend what the guest of honor(s) prefer such as red, white, etc. if possible.

Load the wine board with the bottles upon arrival and keep the wine board covered with a cloth until you are ready to unveil the gift to the lucky couple or person.

We suggest you pick up some empty wine boxes at your nearby store so that these bottles can be packed up easily and transported to their final destination after the celebration.
